99xo FAQ – Answers for Pakistani Betting Players

No. Each person may hold exactly one 99xo account. Duplicate accounts are identified by our systems and result in both accounts being closed without notice. Any bonus-related winnings accumulated across duplicate accounts are also forfeited. If you have lost access to an existing account, contact support@99xo.plus before opening a new one — we can usually recover access to your original account within 24 hours.

99xo is strictly an 18+ platform. You must be at least 18 years old at the time of registration. Your age is verified at registration using the date of birth you provide. CNIC verification is required before your first withdrawal is processed — this serves as a formal identity and age confirmation. Accounts found to belong to under-18 players are closed immediately and any balance is forfeited.

KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on 99xo requires you to upload a clear photo of your Pakistani CNIC (front and back) through the Account Settings → Verification section. The review process typically takes between 2 and 24 hours. Once approved, your account is fully verified and there are no restrictions on withdrawals. You can play and deposit before KYC is complete, but your first withdrawal will be held until verification is finished.

For security reasons, changes to your registered mobile number or email address on 99xo require identity verification. Log in to your account, go to Account Settings → Personal Details and request the change. You will be asked to verify your identity via OTP on your current registered number before the new contact details can be saved. If you no longer have access to your registered number, contact support@99xo.plus with your CNIC and account username.

Go to the Login page and click "Forgot password?". Enter the mobile number or email address linked to your 99xo account and we will send a password reset OTP or link immediately. If you have lost access to both your registered number and email, contact support@99xo.plus with your CNIC details for manual account recovery. The support team typically resolves these cases within 4 hours.

99xo accepts all major Pakistani payment methods: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank transfer via IBFT and Visa/Mastercard debit or credit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) — you will never be asked to deal in a foreign currency or pay conversion fees.

The minimum deposit at 99xo is Rs 200 for JazzCash and Easypaisa. For bank IBFT transfers the minimum is Rs 500. For Visa/Mastercard the minimum is Rs 1,000. There is no maximum on deposits, though amounts above Rs 500,000 in a single transaction may trigger an additional identity verification step.

JazzCash and Easypaisa deposits to 99xo are credited within seconds of the transaction being confirmed by the wallet provider — in almost all cases under 30 seconds. NayaPay and SadaPay transfers are similarly instant. Bank IBFT transfers are credited within 15–60 minutes depending on the sending bank's processing time. Visa/Mastercard deposits are typically confirmed within 2–5 minutes.

A pending deposit on 99xo means the payment has been initiated but has not yet been confirmed. For JazzCash and Easypaisa, this usually resolves within 5 minutes. For bank transfers, allow up to 60 minutes. If your deposit remains pending beyond these timeframes, take a screenshot of your payment confirmation from your banking or wallet app and contact live chat support or email support@99xo.plus — our team can manually verify and credit the payment.

99xo does not charge any fees on deposits. However, your bank or wallet provider may apply their own transfer charges — for example, some banks charge a small fee for IBFT transfers above a certain daily amount. These fees are charged by your financial institution and are outside our control. Check your bank or wallet's fee schedule if you are concerned about charges on their end.

Log in to your 99xo account, open the Cashier and select "Withdraw". Choose your preferred payout method — JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay or bank account — enter the amount in PKR, and confirm. Your KYC must be verified before the first withdrawal is processed. Once approved, the money is sent directly to your registered payment account.

For verified 99xo accounts, JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are processed within 15 minutes for amounts up to Rs 500,000. NayaPay and SadaPay follow the same timeline. Bank IBFT withdrawals take between 2 and 6 hours depending on the receiving bank's clearing schedule. Withdrawals submitted on weekend evenings or public holidays may take slightly longer as bank processing is reduced during those periods.

The minimum withdrawal from 99xo is Rs 500 for all payment methods. There is no arbitrary hold — if your balance exceeds Rs 500, you can withdraw at any time as long as your KYC is verified and you have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds.

The most common reasons for a delayed withdrawal at 99xo are: (1) pending KYC verification — your CNIC upload has not yet been reviewed; (2) unmet wagering requirements on an active bonus; (3) the withdrawal amount exceeds the single-transaction limit and requires a manual review; or (4) a mismatch between your registered name and the name on your payment account. For security and anti-money-laundering compliance, 99xo requires that withdrawals go to the same payment account used for deposits wherever possible. Yes. If you prefer to play without bonus restrictions, you can opt out of receiving bonuses from your 99xo account settings. Go to Account Settings → Bonuses and toggle off "Automatically receive bonuses". Once opted out, new promotions will not be credited to your account automatically. You can re-enable this setting at any time. If you have an active bonus and wish to forfeit it, contact support and we will remove it — note that any bonus-related winnings will also be removed.

(3) Check your recent login history in Account Settings → Security for any unfamiliar devices or locations. Our security team will investigate and contact you within 4 hours of a reported incident.

Two-factor authentication (2FA) on 99xo adds an OTP verification step to your login process. When 2FA is enabled, logging in requires both your password and a 6-digit OTP sent to your registered Pakistani mobile number. This means that even if someone obtains your password, they cannot access your account without physical possession of your SIM. You can enable 2FA from Account Settings → Security. We strongly recommend enabling it.

99xo provides six free responsible gaming tools inside every account: deposit limits, loss limits, session time limits, reality check pop-ups, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks) and permanent self-exclusion. Log in to 99xo, go to Account Settings → Responsible Gaming → Deposit Limits. Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap in PKR. Lowering a limit takes effect immediately — the system will refuse any deposit that would exceed your cap. Increasing a limit requires a 24-hour review period before it takes effect, giving you time to reconsider. If you are unsure what limit to set, start low — you can always review upward after the cooling period.
