Terms and Conditions – 99xo Pakistan Online Betting Platform

1Eligibility and Account Registration

To open and use a 99xo account you must meet all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You are at least 18 years of age. Proof of age may be requested at any point, including before a withdrawal is processed.
• You are a natural person acting on your own behalf. Corporate or institutional accounts are not permitted on 99xo.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where accessing online gambling is prohibited by the laws applicable to you. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether gambling is legal in your location before using the platform.
• You are not a current employee, contractor or close family member of a 99xo employee or contractor in a role that involves access to operational or game data.
• You have not previously had a 99xo account closed for breach of these Terms and Conditions.

By completing the registration form and clicking confirm, you are making a binding declaration that all of the above conditions are met. 99xo reserves the right to verify any of these conditions at any time by requesting supporting documentation such as a copy of your CNIC, utility bill or bank statement.

You may only hold one account on 99xo at any given time. If you have previously held an account that was closed at your own request, you may contact support to request reopening subject to review. Multiple accounts created to claim bonuses multiple times will result in all associated accounts being closed and all bonus-related winnings being voided.

2Account Rules and Responsibilities

Your 99xo account is personal to you. The following rules apply to account management:

• Password security: You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Do not share your password with anyone, including family members. 99xo will never ask for your password in any communication.
• Accurate information: All personal information provided to 99xo must be accurate and kept up to date. You must notify us promptly if your contact details change. This includes the mobile number linked to your JazzCash or Easypaisa account if you use those for deposits and withdrawals.
• Account security incidents: If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact 99xo support immediately at support@99xo.plus. We will freeze the account pending investigation.
• Shared devices: If you access 99xo from a shared device, it is your responsibility to log out after each session. 99xo cannot accept liability for bets or deposits made using your account by a third party where you have failed to log out.

99xo may place temporary or permanent limits on an account at any time for reasons including but not limited to: suspected fraud, responsible gaming concerns, incomplete verification, or technical issues. We will communicate the reason for any limit where we are permitted to do so under our operational or regulatory obligations.

3Deposits and Withdrawals

99xo supports the following payment methods for Pakistani players: JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, bank IBFT transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit cards. All transactions are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

• Minimum deposit: Rs 200 per transaction.
• Minimum withdrawal: Rs 500 per request.
• Processing times: Deposits reflect in your 99xo wallet immediately upon confirmation by the payment provider. Standard withdrawals of up to Rs 500,000 process within 15 minutes for verified accounts.
• Withdrawal ownership: Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in the same name as your 99xo account. Third-party withdrawal requests will not be processed.
• Transaction fees: 99xo does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals. Third-party payment providers may apply their own transaction fees which are outside our control.

For withdrawals above Rs 500,000, identity verification will be required before processing. This is a regulatory compliance requirement and applies to all players on the 99xo platform without exception. Verification documents typically requested include a clear scan of your CNIC and a recent bank or mobile wallet statement showing your name and account number.

If a deposit is made and then requested for withdrawal without any wagering activity, 99xo reserves the right to charge a processing fee of up to 2% of the deposit amount to cover transaction costs. This provision exists solely to prevent payment processing abuse and does not apply to normal player accounts.

4Bonuses and Promotional Offers

All bonuses available on 99xo are subject to terms specific to each promotion, which are published on the relevant promotion page. The general rules below apply to all bonuses unless explicitly overridden in a specific promotion's terms.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. The exact requirement is stated in each promotion. Where no requirement is stated, the default is 30× the bonus amount.
• Bonus validity period: All bonuses have an expiry date from the time they are credited. Unused bonus funds and any winnings generated from uncompleted bonus wagering will be removed when the bonus expires.
• Game contribution rates: Different game types contribute different percentages towards completing wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%, while sports bets and certain table games may contribute at a lower rate. Contribution rates are published in each promotion's specific terms.
• One active bonus: Only one bonus can be active in your account at a time. You cannot claim a new welcome bonus if you already have an active bonus balance.
• Abuse prevention: 99xo reserves the right to withhold or cancel any bonus where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has opened multiple accounts, provided false information, or engaged in any form of bonus abuse including arbitrage betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements at minimal risk.

Deposit bonuses are credited automatically upon qualifying deposit unless the promotion requires a bonus code, in which case the code must be entered during the deposit process. Bonuses cannot be applied retrospectively to deposits made before the code was entered.

5Betting and Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on 99xo:

• All bets are binding once confirmed. Bets cannot be cancelled by the player after confirmation unless 99xo explicitly offers a cash-out or edit-bet feature for that specific market.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per event, market and game type. These are displayed in the bet slip or game interface before you confirm a bet.
• In the event of a technical error during a sports bet that results in incorrect odds being displayed, 99xo reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the player's account.
• For virtual sports, all outcomes are determined by a certified RNG before the simulation broadcast plays. Disconnection during the broadcast does not affect the already-determined result.
• Jackpot prizes shown in the lobby are live estimates. The actual prize paid will be the verified jackpot pool value at the exact moment of the winning spin as recorded by our server logs.
• In-play/live betting markets may be suspended at any time during an event. Bets placed during a suspension period will be voided and stakes returned.

99xo publishes sport-specific and game-specific rules in the relevant section of the platform. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and Conditions and a sport-specific or game-specific rule set, the more specific rule set will take precedence for that specific market or game.

6Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

To maintain a fair and secure environment for all 99xo players, the following activities are expressly prohibited:

• Using automated betting software, bots, scripts or any other tool that interacts with the 99xo platform without human input on each individual betting decision.
• Coordinating with other players to guarantee outcomes, share winnings, or exploit promotions collectively — commonly referred to as matched betting rings or syndicate bonus abuse.
• Attempting to exploit software bugs or errors in pricing to lock in artificially advantageous bets. Any winnings from such bets will be voided pending investigation.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account, the administrative backend, or any non-public area of the 99xo platform.
• Using the platform for any activity that may constitute money laundering. All suspicious transactions are reported to the relevant authorities in compliance with applicable financial regulations.
• Opening accounts from jurisdictions where online gambling is prohibited.

99xo uses automated systems and human review processes to detect prohibited conduct. Where prohibited conduct is confirmed, we reserve the right to void all bets and winnings associated with the conduct, close the account, and where appropriate, report the activity to relevant law enforcement authorities.

7Privacy and Data

Your privacy matters to 99xo. The full details of how we collect, use and protect your personal data are set out in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms and Conditions by reference.

In summary, 99xo collects personal data for the purposes of:

• Providing and operating your account and the platform services.
• Verifying your identity and age as required under our operating licence and financial regulations.
• Processing deposits and withdrawals through our approved payment providers.
• Detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering and other prohibited activities.
• Complying with responsible gaming obligations, including monitoring for signs of problem gambling behaviour.
• Communicating with you about your account, promotions you have opted in to, and platform updates.

99xo does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data shared with payment processors and identity verification providers is limited to what is strictly necessary for those specific functions and is governed by contractual data protection agreements.

8Responsible Gaming

99xo is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. All of the following tools are available to every registered player at no cost from within account settings:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Limits take effect immediately when reduced and after a 24-hour cooling period when increased.
• Session time reminders: Set a timer that notifies you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Reality checks: Configure periodic pop-up notifications showing your session duration and net win/loss position.
• Cooling-off period: Take a break of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. During a cooling-off period, you cannot deposit or place bets but can withdraw your available balance.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from 99xo. A self-exclusion request will be processed within 24 hours and the account closed. Self-exclusion cannot be reversed for a minimum of 6 months following the exclusion date.

9Liability and Disclaimers

• To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 99xo excludes liability for any loss of profits, loss of opportunity, or indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
• 99xo is not liable for losses resulting from a player's failure to log out of a shared device, sharing login credentials, or falling victim to phishing attacks not originated by 99xo.
• We are not liable for the actions of third-party payment providers, including delays in transaction processing caused by factors outside our control such as mobile network outages or bank system maintenance.
• Nothing in these Terms limits 99xo's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

The games and betting markets available on 99xo are for entertainment purposes. All gambling involves financial risk. Players acknowledge that they may lose the full amount of any bet placed and accept this risk as a condition of using the platform.

10Account Suspension and Closure

99xo may suspend or close an account at any time in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Provision of false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other criminal activity.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a relevant authority.
• Failure to complete identity verification when requested within the specified timeframe.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance held in the account may be forfeited. Where the closure is for any reason other than a breach — for example, a regulatory closure or a player-requested self-exclusion — the available withdrawable balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 5 business days.

A player may close their own account at any time by contacting support at support@99xo.plus. Voluntary account closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Any active bonus balance will be forfeited upon voluntary closure.

11Changes to These Terms and Conditions

99xo reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. For changes that materially affect player rights or obligations, we will also send a notification to the email address or mobile number registered to your account.

Continued use of the 99xo platform after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you disagree with any change, you may close your account before the effective date and withdraw your available balance without penalty. The original terms that applied at the time of any bet or deposit will govern the settlement of that specific transaction.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with applicable international online gaming regulations. Nothing in this clause prevents a player from bringing a dispute in the courts of their own country of residence.
